We provide recruitment, overseas placement, and employer solutions as agreed in writing.
2. Fees
Fees, payment terms, and warranty windows are specified in proposals, MSAs, or SOWs.
3. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect confidential information and sign NDAs as required.
4. Liability
We operate on a best‑effort basis and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
5. Governing Law
As specified in the executed agreement between the parties.
